Today is not just a day to celebrate love, but to honor the journey of understanding our solidarity in solitude. Sometimes there is nothing more beautiful than to sit alone and take pride in your presence alone. To chase the joy you bring yourself, and the worth in honoring your voice.

This day is often one of judgment, whether tossed at us by others, or internally painted on our faces in a mark of shame, let alone the levels of grief that arise. So today I urge you to breathe and celebrate the gift that is you. As you are truly a gift. And perhaps on this day, healing may come more fully, leading to value in believing you are enough
